As a security guard at Avarn Security, you have an important mission to create safety and maintain order in public and private environments. The job involves preventing and managing situations that may threaten safety, as well as intervening in disturbances in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for controlling access, monitoring areas, and ensuring that visitors adhere to established order regulations. The role also includes handling conflicts in a professional manner, documenting events, and collaborating with the police and other authorities when necessary. The job places high demands on judgment, responsibility, and the ability to act calmly and effectively even under pressure. Qualifications

We are looking for trained security guards who are safety-conscious, service-oriented, empathetic, and have an inner security and a natural drive to help. You must be a trained security guard with a valid security guard permit.

In addition to the personal qualities we are looking for and describe in the various assignments, you need to meet basic requirements to qualify for the position:

• High school diploma with a passing grade in Swedish 1
• Good Swedish in spoken and written form
• Driver's license B
• Completed security guard training within the last three years with a passing result

You must also be unpunished*, drug-free, have an orderly economy, and good health and fitness to be employed at Avarn Security.
